What is your most memorable moment in your sports?
Dropping into my biggest wave ever in Fuerteventura. And getting a podium spot at the Welsh Open.

What is your diet like?
Lots of food! Mostly fruit and veg and lean meats. Popcorn and olives to snack on. Treat myself to a pizza once a week.
What things do you currently do in your training that are key to your success?
Stay positive, never admit to yourself that the surf is bad and try and see the good in every session. You can still work on your paddle when its flat and you can certainly train in 6ft walls of whitewater too.
